Congratulations to Dr. Gregory N. Larkin in his new role as State Health Commissioner at ISDH. Dr. Larkin has been a great ally to Smoke Free Indy and has served as our honorary chair of the coalition. We know he will do a great job as the new Commissioner and will lead our state down a healthier path.
